Robert J. Luna, CIMA, is President and Chief Investment Officer for Surevest Capital Management a registered investment advisory in Scottsdale, AZ. He also serves as General Securities and Options principal for Crown Capital Securities a Southern California based Broker Dealer.

He is a member of the Investment Management Consultants Association. Robert earned the designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) sponsored by the IMCA through The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He holds the FINRA series 7, 4, 24, 65, and 63 licenses. He has received advanced education in risk management, financial planning, and modern portfolio theory through the College of Financial Planning at the University of Phoenix.

Robert has over 9 years of experience in managing assets for institutions and high net worth investors. Robert’s background includes positions as a derivatives expert, proprietary trader, and technical analyst. He has been heard on KFNN financial talk radio in Phoenix AZ and has served as contributing editor for various financial media sources.

Robert’s focus today is on quantitative and value based portfolio management for private clients.

Robert works by referral only and partners with financial planners, CPA’s, and attorneys to bring institutional quality asset management to private clients.
